At Gràfiques Manlleu S.A., we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal, and trusting environment for all our employees, clients, and partners in general.
For this reason, we have implemented a robust Ethics Channel that allows anyone to report potential misconduct or ethical violations detected within our organization. This is a channel where any possible non-compliance or irregularity in the organization can be communicated, as described in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
WHICH INCIDENTS CAN BE REPORTED?
You can use the Ethics Channel to report facts that you consider may constitute a breach of legal regulations, the Code of Ethics, or any current internal regulations, such as:
- Conduct related to fraud and corruption.
- Conduct related to health, safety, and hygiene at work.
- Discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
- Conduct related to information security, data protection, and stock markets.
- Anti-competitive practices.
- Conduct contrary to human rights or environmental damage.
- Other possible criminal or administrative offenses.
MAIN FEATURES
Confidentiality:
We understand that confidentiality is essential to encourage reporting. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the entire process and protect the identity of the whistleblower to the extent permitted by law. This includes the possibility of communicating anonymously.
Impartial investigation process:
Once a report is submitted, our team of experts will investigate the matter objectively and diligently, in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation. Throughout the process, the rights of the persons involved will be respected, particularly the presumption of innocence.
Protection against retaliation:
We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against whistleblowers acting in good faith. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of those who report any irregularity. Appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken against anyone who retaliates against a whistleblower.
Resolution and follow-up:
Once the investigation is completed, the necessary measures will be taken to address the identified issue and, where appropriate, corrective actions will be implemented to prevent future violations.
